A Coach that is dedicated to your success inside and outside the gym. A blanket, template program doesn’t take into account your individual needs. Each athlete is unique with his/her own set of strengths and weaknesses. One athlete may have high absolute strength and needs much attention to developing their engine while another may be the exact opposite. One athlete may have mobility issues in one of their shoulders from a past injury and another may be disproportionately strong in their upper body compared to their lower body squatting.

INCLUDES:

  • All athletes complete an initial assessment to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Based on their goals, the coach will then reverse engineer a plan that takes an athlete where they are to where they want to go.
  • Regular feedback and guidance on your journey resolving movement-related issues and improving your personal level of human performance and fitness.
  • Direct access to your coach daily Monday through Friday for uploaded video review, questions, and written updates via Email or text. (Responses within 24 hours).
  • No PDF or excel sheets, we provide TrainHeroic training software for easy workout logging, program notes, and exercise video demos. What gets measured gets managed.
  • Regular feedback and guidance on your journey resolving movement-related issues and improving your personal level of human performance and fitness.
  • 60-Minute recurring consultation every 4 weeks (scheduled by athlete).
  • Weekly custom exercise plan to address your specific physical needs (Delivered Every Sunday).
  • Training sessions will be planned for whatever equipment or facility is available to you.
  • Monthly individualized plan is designed to keep you consistent (3-6 days per week depending).
  • Custom habits-based nutrition planning + custom healthy lifestyle planning for ultimate success.
