WolfPack Class

This group class is led by a highly motivated, educated, and experienced Coach which lasts for 60 minutes. The program is well-structured and aimed to progress and challenge you over time. The great thing about group classes is the friends you make and the accountability it gives you. You can thrive off people’s energy if you’ve had a stressful day.

Personal Programming

We created this program as a means to facilitate more people getting the benefits of individualized programming without having to pay for a coach’s time every session. The Coach will be dedicated to your success inside and outside the facility walls. A blanket, template program doesn’t take into account your individual needs. Each athlete is unique with his/her own set of strengths and weaknesses.

Individualized Remote Training

A Coach that is dedicated to your success inside and outside the gym. A blanket, template program doesn’t take into account your individual needs. Each athlete is unique with his/her own set of strengths and weaknesses. One athlete may have high absolute strength and needs much attention to developing their engine while another may be the exact opposite.

Your goals are broken down into quarterly targets with solutions, strategies, support, and structure you need to accomplish them. This program is ideal for those just getting started, training around pain, or with big goals in mind.

Youth Exploration/Sport Athletes

Sport-specific training is playing the sport. But when it comes to what we do, we train the human. Our main goal, first and foremost, is to create better humans. It’s building robust athletes who can sustain the physical and mental stress of training in their sport.
