Bryan grew up loving sports, being active, and pushing limits. He played many sports growing up and in high school dedicated himself to football and wrestling. He continued his football career at Youngstown State University, and eventually earned himself an invite to the NFL combine and a training camp invite with the Green Bay Packers. His transformation from a kid being nicknamed Stix to gaining 30 pounds of muscle while displaying elite level athleticism ignited his desire to help men and women lead themselves in fitness and self-care in order to show up with energy and focus inside of their own families and careers. He began training clients in 2014, his passion for training knowledge and helping others ultimately led him to open his own private training facility in 2017. Bryan specializes in movement biomechanics, athletic development, and improving fitness while addressing nagging pain or injuries that may be limiting performance/health. He is dedicated to leaving each client better than he found them. He relentlessly pursues excellence and endless curiosity about all things related to the human experience. His sense of humor and dance moves are second to none.
He and his wife Erin have a son named Leo and are expecting a daughter in January. They live on 7 acres and with 2 dogs, 1 horse, and 30 chickens. They spend the majority of their time exploring, playing sports, and being active.
